Kind Tribute helps you write an obituary, a eulogy and a funeral program. What you tell us about the person you lost is personal. This page explains plainly what we keep, why, and who else touches it.
What we collect
- Your answers to the questionnaire, the drafts, your edits, the program layout and any photos you upload.
- Your email address, if you save your work or sign in.
- Basic usage data: pages visited, the site that sent you, approximate country, browser type. We use first-party cookies for this, not advertising trackers.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider, Creem. We receive your email, country and the order amount, never your card number.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: to write and save your drafts, render your program, send the emails you ask for (sign-in links, receipts), answer support requests and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your information, we do not publish your drafts, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and email delivery.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI: writes the drafts from your answers. Google does not use this data to train its models.
- Creem: payments, taxes and receipts, as merchant of record.
- Axiom: error and usage logs, kept for up to 30 days.
Your choices
You can edit anything at any time. To delete your account, drafts and photos, email team@kindtribute.online and we will remove them within 7 days.
